Excellent staff! Gina, both in the front office and on the phone, makes you feel welcome from the very beginning. She has an incredible memory and always makes you feel like a valued patient. One thing I really appreciated is that this is a private practice with only one doctor, so when you're there, you feel like the only patient. If you're out of network, Gina also takes care of the extra paperwork and insurance filings for you, which is a huge help. From my initial consultation through my root canal procedure, Dr. Michaud and his assistant Sonia were wonderful and very caring people. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. They took the time to thoroughly explain my tooth concerns and treatment options before the root canal. Throughout the appointment, they checked on me repeatedly to make sure I was comfortable. Their professionalism and patient-centered care were outstanding. I am especially grateful that my husband's oral surgeon recommended Dr. Michaud. My dentist had initially referred me to Florida Root Canal Specialists. While I was pleased they had offices in Cape Coral and Fort Myers, I was disappointed to learn tha

Very friendly and professional. I can really recommend this place. Great experience (if you can call dental visits an experience). I would go back. He explained everything which took the “being scared part” out. 5 stars for sure!

Dr Michaud & his staff are the best. After seeing 2 other dentists that lacked knowledge of my problem, he properly diagnosed my exact issue & referred me to another doctor rather than providing me with a temporary solution. He is truly an expert & an honest professional.

I RARLEY write reviews. But this was needed! The staff from Gina at the front to Sonia and Dr. himself, everyone is SO WONDERFUL! I’ve been there once and Gina already knew me by name as soon as I walked in. Sonia was so gentle and sweet and was very considerate of my anxiety about what could be wrong. Doc was incredible so down to earth, gentle, honest and kind! You just feel very cared for from the moment you walk in! I called so many places and people were rude and brushed me off AND were quoting me extremely high numbers compared to here. I am so glad I didn’t rush and go to a place that just wanted a paycheck. Thank you all for the wonderful experience! Oh and the office is immaculate and beautiful to boot! If only every medical/dental experience was this pleasant 🙂

I had to go in for an emergency root canal while on vacation due to excruciating pain. I was lucky because they were able to see me the same day. The dentist’s assistant was sweet & very comforting. The Dr was by far the best I’ve ever had!! He was even gentle when applying the anesthesia. The root canal took a while & that was ok since I never felt any pain. Dr had perfect bedside manner & a great sense of humor. Helped me stay relaxed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him!! Hands down the best!
